Legals and Terms of free Use for Yojen services

When you sign up (register) for any service within Yojen.com you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using the Service after September 1st, 2008 you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.

User Agreement

This agreement constitutes your agreement with Yojen. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. As used in this agreement, "we" and "us" means Yojen or any successor or assign of Yojen.

By using the Yojen.com website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

1. You must be 13 years and older to use this site.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name ("Username").
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Yojen users.
5. You may not use the Yojen.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, texts, informations, screen names, graphics, images, photos, profiles, links (“Content”) that you submit, and display on the Yojen service.
7. Yojen is intended for personal use and is not a generic text and image hosting service. Professional or corporate uses of Yojen are allowed.
8. You must not modify, adapt or hack Yojen.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Yojen.com.
9. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Yojen members ('Spam').
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. You must not, in the use of Yojen, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Yojen.com account. While Yojen.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Yojen cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Yojen.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Yojen.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
• Yojen.com service make it possible to share texts and images hosted on Yojen.com to outside websites. This use is accepted, and even encouraged. However, pages on other websites which display texts and images hosted on Yojen.com must provide a link back to Yojen.com from each text and image to its text and image page on Yojen.com.
• Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting non-emotional elements on external websites.

Yojen respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Yojen may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and / or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Yojen's Copyright Agent the following information:
