Showing our emotions is easier when we receive a "good feedback". Nevertheless, we can express ourselves in public. Not looking for a recognition can be of great help. A few days ago, i received a silver medal for more than 20 years of work. This kind of ceremony is not at all what i am fond of in life. That was just a good moment with collegues. Because you are not accidental, existence needs you. Otherwise something will be missing and that's your dignity, that the whole existence will miss you. The stars, the sun, the moon, the trees, the birds, the earth and everything in the universe will feel that a small place is now empty. A space which cannot be filled by anybody except you.
