She is called Anaë. Her name is original and means little flower in japanese. She was born on thursday may 14th, 2009. Welcome to life little girl. Visiting you and your parents at the hospital was a totally magic moment. You are nice, wonderful should i rather say and you looked so calm. I enjoyed having you in my arms even if your mother was not that much confident about it. It is true, i am not used to babies. For sure, i would'nt have let you fall. Anaë, you slept but seemed to listen to people talking around you.

Yes happiness goes with freedom. It is not all in our mind, it also is in our body. It's possible to feel absolutely peaceful. The feeling is like being fulfilled with life. Plenty of energy is then available, just to achieve things or to simply rest. To do nothing except breathing is fun. Enjoying the moment is real life. A key to happiness is consciousness without questions in mind. Just this moment, just this instant is enjoyable. It is possible, try it. Within ourselves, and with the great help of others, Happiness is possible.
