Everyday, i enjoy my emotions. It is a daily attitude towards life. At home, in the office with colleagues, i share my emotions. It is a way for others to know me better and a way to approch integrity. Some how, i love all of them. I do not experience all of them everyday though.

What should i think about it? The story is that i contacted an important person to me and received no answer. I do feel sadness, desperateness, hopelessness, anxiety, miserable. Should i get rid of my feelings and adapt with a so called positive attitude saying to myself: "no way, it's not that important ; i should better think to someone else ; i have much to do".

Too much is too much.
The social climate changes. Tension is in the air. People are loosing their jobs. Families are experiencing difficulties in daily life to pay the rent, water, electricity or even to buy food. Individuals feel anger, sadness and are anxious about their future.
Some companies are thinking short-term making huge profits and choosing the option of relocation to please pension funds. Employees are laid off and lose their income.
