Everyday, i enjoy my emotions. It is a daily attitude towards life. At home, in the office with colleagues, i share my emotions. It is a way for others to know me better and a way to approch integrity. Some how, i love all of them. I do not experience all of them everyday though.

This morning, i wake up early and had a big surprise when i opened the window. I saw a wonderful scene. Nature all around the house was covered with snow. Still it was snowing a little, the light was extraodinary.

Now, the sky is gray, the floor is white, trees are covered with white spots.

Temperature is not that high outside. It is sunday, so it's great to stay at home and i enjoy my comfortable sweet home.

Will it snow again tonight?

The word "emotion" comes from the Latin emovere which means "to set in motion". Initially it referred to the idea of physical movement and a figurative meaning associated with mental movement.

Wikipedia defines "emotion" as a "complex reaction pattern, involving experiential, behavioral, and physiological elements, by which the individual attempts to deal with a personally significant matter of event". It arises without conscious effort and is either positive or negative in its valence.

In 1980, the psychologist Robert Plutchik defined a list of basic emotions and basic opposites composed of joy - sadness, acceptance - disgust, fear - anger, surprise […]
